By accessing or using Petit Panda ("the Service"), operated by Harmony Technologies LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (Filing ID: 2026-001931963), with its principal office at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Petit Panda is an AI-powered content creation and social media management platform. The Service allows users to generate, remix, schedule, and publish content across multiple social media platforms.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are available within 30 days of your initial purchase. Free trial periods, when offered, last 7 days. At the end of the trial, you will be charged unless you cancel.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate spam, misleading, or harmful content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit the Service
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

Content you create using the Service belongs to you. Petit Panda and Harmony Technologies LLC retain all rights to the Service, its technology, branding, and proprietary features.

7. API Usage

Access to the Petit Panda API is subject to rate limits and fair use policies. Excessive or abusive API usage may result in temporary or permanent suspension.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harmony Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
