These Terms of Sale govern the contractual relationship between Harmony Technologies LLC and any user subscribing to the Petit Panda service, available at app.petitpanda.io.
Petit Panda is a SaaS content-creation platform powered by artificial intelligence. The service allows users to generate, remix, schedule, and publish content across multiple social networks.

The service is offered under the following subscription plans:

Prices are displayed in the currency matching the user's country (euro, US dollar or UAE dirham). The currency and amount actually charged are the ones shown on the payment page before the order is confirmed. Prices may be changed at any time; current subscribers are given 30 days' notice.
A 7-day free trial is offered on MONTHLY plans, to any new account that has not already used one. Annual plans have no free trial and are billed in full on sign-up. A valid payment method is required in both cases. On a monthly trial no amount is charged on sign-up; at the end of the 7 days the subscription is activated automatically and the registered payment method is charged, unless cancelled beforehand from the account dashboard; a reminder email is sent 3 days before. Creating an API key or authorizing a third-party application to access the API (MCP) ends the trial early and triggers billing immediately, after the amount has been shown and confirmed by the customer. The subscription is commitment-free and can be cancelled at any time from the account dashboard; it then ends at the close of the current paid period. The trial includes 100 AI credits regardless of the plan chosen; the plan's full monthly credits are granted only when the subscription activates. Unused trial credits do not carry over.
Payments are securely processed by Stripe. Accepted payment methods include credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and other methods available through Stripe.
Billing is monthly (or annual for plans billed yearly) and occurs on the anniversary date of the subscription. In the event of a failed payment, we reserve the right to suspend access to the service after notification.
Monthly plans include a 7-day free trial during which no amount is charged. You can cancel at any time before the end of the trial from your account: your card is then never debited and no commitment remains. Once the subscription is billed (at the end of the trial, or on signup for annual plans), amounts paid are non-refundable, except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your customer account or by contacting us by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refund will be issued for the remaining period.
Harmony Technologies LLC undertakes to use all reasonable means to ensure the availability of the service. However, the service may be temporarily interrupted for reasons of maintenance, updates, or force majeure, without giving rise to any right to compensation.
Content generated by the user through the service belongs to the user. Petit Panda and Harmony Technologies LLC retain all rights to the service, its technology, its branding, and its proprietary features.
To the extent permitted by law, Harmony Technologies LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service. The total liability of Harmony Technologies LLC is limited to the amount paid by the user during the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
