Harmony Technologies LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, without liability to you.
By accessing or using the Petit Panda Service available at app.petitpanda.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the Service.
If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Prices are displayed in the currency matching your country (euro, US dollar or UAE dirham); the currency and amount actually charged are the ones shown on the payment page before the order is confirmed. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, depending on your choice. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled beforehand.
Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law. Monthly plans include a 7-day free trial you can cancel at no cost before it ends from your account settings. To cancel your subscription, contact us at help@petitpanda.io or through your account settings.
A 7-day free trial is offered on MONTHLY plans, to any new account that has not already used one. Annual plans have no free trial: they are billed in full on sign-up. A valid payment method is required in both cases. On a monthly trial, nothing is charged when you sign up; at the end of the 7 days the subscription starts automatically and the registered payment method is charged the price of the chosen plan, unless the subscription is cancelled beforehand from your account settings. A reminder email is sent 3 days before the end of the trial. Creating an API key, or authorizing a third-party application to access the API (MCP), ends the trial early and triggers billing immediately; you are shown the amount and asked to confirm before this happens. The subscription remains commitment-free and can be cancelled at any time. The trial includes 100 AI credits regardless of the plan chosen; the plan's full monthly credits are granted only when the subscription activates. Unused trial credits do not carry over.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Harmony Technologies LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for legitimate personal or professional purposes.

All elements of the Service — software, interfaces, trademarks, logos, original content, and features — are and shall remain the exclusive property of Harmony Technologies LLC or its licensors. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.
The content you create using the Service belongs to you. By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, and display your content for the sole purpose of providing the Service to you.
The Service allows you to connect and publish content to third-party social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). By using these integrations, you also agree to the terms of use and privacy policies of each of these platforms.
Regarding the YouTube API, by using our YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. We encourage you to review the Google Privacy Policy before connecting your YouTube account.
If you access Petit Panda through a ChatGPT app, you also agree to OpenAI's terms of use applicable to ChatGPT and third-party apps.
You retain ownership of all content you submit, publish, or generate through the Service (“User Content”). You are solely responsible for this content and for the consequences of its publication.
By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display this content for the sole purpose of providing and improving the Service.
We do not use your data or your User Content to train general-purpose artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at help@petitpanda.io. Your data will be deleted within 30 days following termination.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms or of any conduct likely to harm the Service, other users, or third parties.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. HARMONY TECHNOLOGIES LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, NOR THAT THE RESULTS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HARMONY TECHNOLOGIES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DURING THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Harmony Technologies LLC, its officers, employees, and partners against any claim, damage, liability, loss, or expense arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your breach of these Terms.
Access to the Petit Panda API is subject to usage limits and fair-use policies. Any excessive or abusive use may result in a temporary or permanent suspension of your access.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. In the event of a material change, we will notify you by email or through a notification within the Service, at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
