Request the deletion of your data

You can request the deletion of the data that Petit Panda (Harmony Technologies LLC) holds about you in two ways:

From Facebook / Instagram / Threads: open the platform settings, go to "Apps and Websites", and remove "Petit Panda". Meta then automatically sends us a deletion request and your login data is erased.
By email: write to help@petitpanda.io from your account email address, stating "Deletion of my data".

What we delete

The OAuth access tokens for your connected social accounts
The profile identifiers and public profile information retrieved at login
The scheduled posts and publishing history linked to these accounts

Social login data is deleted immediately. Complete account deletion takes place within 30 days, unless we are legally required to retain certain data (for example, billing data).

Tracking your request

If your request comes from Facebook, Instagram, or Threads, a confirmation code is assigned to you and displayed at the top of this page. For any question about its status, contact us at help@petitpanda.io.
